Warranty

All items come with a 12 month warranty and we endeavour to ensure that all of our jewellery should last a lifetime of wear. In the event that there is a fault with your jewellery through a manufacturing fault, we will repair or replace the item free of charge. 

In the event of a fault, we simply ask for the item to be returned to us by secure, insured post for our workshop to examine - any damage will be easily detectable under magnification.

If the fault is down to general wear, claws being caught or snagged on clothing, or the setting has been compromised down to neglect, and abuse, we can repair the item if you wish, however you will be liable and this will be chargeable. 

Any maintenance, repairs, sizing or any other service carried out by anyone else other than Aurora Grace will null and void your warranty. In the even that there is a loss to your centre stone, this will be covered under your insurance if you have submitted it for coverage with an appraisal. If you need to have a centre stone replaced, please contact your insurance company first. If you need to return any jewellery to us, please contact us.

Once received, we will carefully examine the defected merchandise and determine if the above criteria is met. Once approved, we will ship out your replacement as soon as possible at no additional charge. Aurora Grace reserves the right to reject any returns that do not comply with the conditions stated above.
